Unfortunately, after an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it. We do this to avoid any higher percentage of errors in the Fulfillment Process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that you are not able to cancel an order on your own through your account – in order to request that an order be canceled, you must contact one of our customer support specialists.

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time, our apologies. Our Priority Option usually takes between 1-3 days. As we continue to grow, we hope to be able to expand the shipping options we can offer.

We do offer international shipping. We also ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. We ship to all locations around the world, contact us to arrange your shipping order today.

Generally, all packages are shipped out via USPS within 24 hours after payment has processed.

We work normal business hours M-F.

Our Policy States to allow 24-48 hours for fulfillment which is in place to give us time to process all orders during periods of higher volume. Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will typically not ship until the following Monday. For quicker shipping, we recommend ordering towards the beginning of the work week!

2: Priority Shipping (2-3 Days)

All Free Shipping is First Class 3-5 Days. If you qualify for free shipping but want your product faster, you can add priority option which upgrades your shipping speed to 2-3 Days.

Once your package has shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (2-3 or 3-5 Days) begins after your order has shipped out of our offices.
